Well situated, close to all shops, cafes, bars, and hotel was very clean
Marvellous location, comfy beds, friendly staff. We had a double room, and we enjoyed it.
Convenient location, Walking distance to pretty much anything in Belfast, and price was good
LOCATION AND PRICE PERFORMANCE WERE GOOD
The location was great. Value for money is okay. Very clean room. UK is basically expensive.
Very good location, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Wlan reception was insufficient.
great room, central location - ideal for a city trip, breakfast ok. nice help with airline problems
none of the staff speak a foreign language
Top Location!!! Very friendly staff!!! Breakfast sufficient and good! It's very central!
Clean rooms and good staff. Super breakfast
A lovely place to stay - clean, modern, relaxing and good value for money. Location is very central to Belfast City Centre. It was a pleasure to stay for a short break. Thank you...
Reasonable rates for breakfast. Everything in the rooms work - not always the case in some hotels. Good showers - hot water. Quite at night Godd location for easy walk into the centre and bus stops
Location was good and bad. For shopping its ideal, right beside Castlcourt and not far from Victoria Square. Also good if you are going to a show/concert in Belfast. The buildings around it are not much to look at though and there were some dodgey looking characters hanging around outside!! Tea and Coffee facilities in the room which is great. At £40 for a double room for the night it was very good!
Whilst the room was clean, the bathroom cubicle smelled like public toilets! Dont let this put you off though, overall it was fine. The air conditioning/heating can be loud and didnt really heat up! The person upstairs must have left their bathroom fan on during the night and it was quite loud!
Convenient to shops and easy to get to
Hotel Food was not great. We eat our evening meal in hotel and out of the six of us no one enjoyed their meal.
breakfast wasnt that nice
The location was perfect, within easy reach of most attractions. The staff were very friendly. The hotel bar was reasonably priced also which was great!
